Anti-Jun (phospho S73) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against c-Jun phosphorylated at Ser73. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the protein target migrates at approximately 45–48 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S73 of human c-Jun (NP_002219.1), with reported sequence LASPE. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
