Anti-Jun (phospho S243) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises c-Jun phosphorylated at Ser243. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, affinity purified and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S243 of human Jun (NP_002219.1), with the peptide sequence PLSPI. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
