Anti-JUN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to c-Jun (JUN), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 90–230 of human c-Jun (NP_002219.1), and the target is detected at molecular weights of 46 kDa and 42 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody has been validated on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with concentration reported as lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
