Anti-JTB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against JTB and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting with human and rat samples. The IgG reagent is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Affinity-purified and directed at JTB, the reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31–105 of the human JTB sequence (NP_006685.1), with the immunogen peptide EAPVQEEKLSASTSNLPCWLVEEFVVAEECSPCSNFRAKTTPECGPTGYVEKITCSSSKRNEFKSCRSALMEQRL. The target has a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.
