Anti-JPH4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against JPH4 (also referred to as JP-4) is offered by Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 405–605 of human JPH4 (NP_115828.2), and the target migrates at a molecular weight of 85 kDa. It is validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided, and the product is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
