Anti-JNK2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against JNK2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody suitable for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation. The reagent was generated using recombinant full length human JNK2 as the immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of JNK2 protein across human, mouse and rat samples.

It is provided in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at 1 mg/ml and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa.
