Anti-JNK1/2/3 (T178) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against JNK1/2/3 at the T178 epitope. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of human JNK1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of JNK1/2/3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~46,54 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
