Anti-JNK1/2/3 (phospho-Y185) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against JNK1/2/3 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 185. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JNK1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 185, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of JNK1/2/3 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr185.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 46,54 kDa.
