Anti-JNK1/2/3 (phospho-T183/Y185) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, validated for Western blotting (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody specifically detects endogenous JNK1/2/3 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr183 and Tyr185.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JNK1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 183 and Tyrosine 185, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 46/54 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
