Anti-JNK1/2/3 (Phospho-T183) Antibody

Manufactured under the Antibodies.com brand and distributed through AFMS, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent specifically recognizes the JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3 kinases (MAPK8/9/10) only when threonine 183 is phosphorylated, allowing selective detection of activated kinase in stress- and cytokine-driven MAPK signaling cascades. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as 50 µl of recombinant monoclonal protein in a 1×TBS buffer at pH 7.4 containing 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative; it has been affinity-purified on Protein A. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry (FC), with verified cross-reactivity in human, mouse and rat samples. Endogenous JNK1/2/3 protein is detected at the expected molecular weights of approximately 46 and 54 kDa, consistent with the JNK1 and JNK2/3 isoforms. The clone is recommended for WB at 1:1000–1:2000, for ICC/IF and IHC at 1:50–1:200, and for FC at 1:50–1:100. For short-term handling the vial can be held at 4 °C; for longer storage, aliquot and keep at −20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
