Anti-JNK1/2/3 (phospho-T183) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against JNK1/2/3 phosphorylated at threonine 183. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JNK1 around the threonine 183 phosphorylation site. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of JNK1/2/3 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr183. The reagent shows an observed molecular weight of ~46, 54 kDa and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
