Anti-JNK1/2/3 (P184) Antibody

The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of Human JNK1. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of JNK1/2/3 protein, with the target observed at an approximate molecular weight of 46,54 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
