Anti-JNK1 / 2 / 3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against endogenous JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3 protein. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from human JNK1 / 2 / 3 around the non-phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 185, giving broad recognition of total JNK across isoforms. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
