Anti-JNK1 / 2 / 3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the human JNK1/2/3 sequence flanking the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 183, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 proteins. Supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, the antiserum is offered here in a 50 µL aliquot and is purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for stress-kinase and MAPK signaling studies across multiple model systems.
