Anti-JMJD7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets JMJD7 and is provided as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for ELISA, western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide and purified by affinity chromatography on a peptide column.

The immunogen is an 18 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human JMJD7. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

JMJD7 is also referred to as bifunctional peptidase and (3S)-lysyl hydroxylase JMJD7, JmjC domain-containing protein 7, jumonji domain-containing protein 7, and (3S)-hydroxylase JMJD7.
