Anti-JMJD6 (N-terminus) Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this monoclonal reagent is raised in mouse against the N-terminal region of the JMJD6 (jumonji domain-containing protein 6) antigen and is intended for research-use only. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of an unconjugated, affinity-purified mouse IgG1 preparation (>95% purity by SDS-PAGE) formulated in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at –20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw damage. It is validated for Western Blotting and Immunocytochemistry applications on human samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of JMJD6 without cross-reactivity to related proteins, and is recommended at approximately 1:1000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for ICC. Predicted band size is 62 kDa, consistent with the bifunctional arginine demethylase / lysyl-hydroxylase JMJD6.
