JMJD6 is a bifunctional lysyl hydroxylase and arginine demethylase that modifies histone residues such as H3R2 and H4R3 and certain non-histone substrates, and is itself a focus of chromatin biology, RNA splicing, and cancer signaling research. This Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol for routine bench handling. It has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation, and it recognizes the human, mouse, and rat orthologs, allowing direct comparison of JMJD6 expression and post-translational modification states across species and sample types in a single workflow.
