Anti-JMJD4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to JMJD4, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-463 of human JMJD4 (NP_075383.2). The antibody has a molecular weight of 65 kDa and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
