Anti-JDP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against JDP2 (Jun dimerization protein 2), supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µL vial is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications and detects endogenous levels of JDP2 across human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited to cross-species expression studies. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human JDP2 around the non-phosphorylation site of T148, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to maximize specificity.
