Antibodies.com offers a primary antibody raised in rabbit that recognises JAK3 when phosphorylated at tyrosine residues 980 and 981. The reagent is a polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen used to generate this reagent was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y980/981 of human JAK3. According to the supplier, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
