Anti-JAK3 (Phospho-Tyr785) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against JAK3 phosphorylated at tyrosine 785 (Phospho-Tyr785). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human JAK3 around the phosphorylation site of Y785, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of JAK3 protein only when phosphorylated at Y785. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
