Anti-JAK3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to JAK3, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 350–530 of JAK3 (NP_000206.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at approximately 115 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are available.
