Anti-JAK3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-JAK3 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human JAK3 around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 785, enabling selective detection of endogenous JAK3 (also known as leukocyte Janus kinase or tyrosine-protein kinase JAK3). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to maximize specificity. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for use across ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.
