Anti-JAK3 Antibody

Raised against Janus kinase 3 (JAK3), this rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that operates downstream of the common gamma-chain cytokine receptor family (IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-15, IL-21). JAK3 expression is largely confined to hematopoietic lineages, and loss-of-function mutations in JAK3 cause an autosomal recessive form of severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID); gain-of-function variants have been linked to lymphoproliferative and autoimmune disease. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows, with confirmed reactivity in human, mouse, and rat samples.
