Anti-JAK3 (Ab-785) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal IgG preparation from Antibodies.com targets the Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) protein at a region surrounding the tyrosine 785 phosphorylation site, using a synthesized non-phosphopeptide immunogen derived from human JAK3 (S-D-Y(p)-E-L). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a PBS-based buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered in a 50 µL pack size. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total JAK3 without phospho-dependence.
