Anti-JAK2 (R564) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against JAK2 and recognises an epitope around residue R564. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 541-590 of human JAK2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of JAK2 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein JAK2 has a molecular weight of approximately 125 kDa.
