Anti-Jak2 (phospho Y1007 + Y1008) Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, available from Antibodies.com, specifically recognises JAK2 when phosphorylated at Tyr1007 and Tyr1008. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, and detects a target protein of 125 kDa.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid prepared by affinity purification, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide based on the Y1007 and Y1008 region of human JAK2.
