Anti-JAK2 (phospho-Y1007) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against JAK2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1007 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is supported by 2 scientific images.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JAK2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1007, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of JAK2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr1007. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 125 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
