Rabbit polyclonal antibody to JAK2 (phospho Tyr1007), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y1007 of human JAK2 (NP_004963.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 120 kDa. The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:200–1:2,000.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
