Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises JAK2 and is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human samples, supplied in lyophilised form for reconstitution with double distilled water.
The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from the human JAK2 sequence, conjugated with KLH for immunisation, and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated from a 0.01 M phosphate-buffered saline solution at pH 7.4. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Final concentration is reconstitution dependent.
