Anti-JAK2 Antibody

This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets JAK2 and is available through Antibodies.com. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 933–1132 of human JAK2 (NP_004963.1). Following affinity purification, the liquid antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 125 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
