Anti-JAK2 (Ab-570) Antibody

This affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) and is supplied at 50 µl per vial as an unconjugated, ready-to-use primary antibody. The immunogen is a synthetic non-phosphopeptide derived from human JAK2 around the tyrosine 570 phosphorylation site (G-D-Y(p)-G-Q), enabling the reagent to recognise endogenous levels of total JAK2 protein in samples of human and mouse origin.
