Anti-JAK1 (phospho-Y1022) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises JAK1 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1022. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human JAK1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1022 (S1). It is supplied unconjugated, has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) (S1, C0), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples (S1, C0). The product is supported by 2 scientific images (S1).

Provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2 (S1, C0), the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE (S1). The expected molecular weight is approximately 132 kDa (S1). It detects endogenous levels of JAK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1022 (S1).
