Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against JAK1 (D1028), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent suitable for immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody is produced in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The reagent detects endogenous levels of JAK1 protein and is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The observed molecular weight is ~ 132 kDa. Purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum via affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
