Anti-JAK1 (Ab-1022) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbits against JAK1 (Ab-1022). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), is unconjugated, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide sequence around amino acids 1020–1024 (K-E-Y-Y-T) of human JAK1, conjugated to KLH. The antibody detects the endogenous level of total JAK1 protein and was affinity-purified using epitope-specific peptide.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
