Anti-JADE1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against JADE1, also referred to as PHF17, and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit, belongs to the IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples. It is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 210–509 of human JADE1 (NP_079176.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 108 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended, while ICC/IF applications use 1:10–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
