Anti-JAB1 Antibody

A polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit targets JAB1, also designated CSN5 and COPS5, the metalloprotease subunit of the COP9 signalosome complex. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum for western blot and immunofluorescence detection of the endogenous protein in human samples. JAB1 modulates AP-1 transcriptional activity through c-Jun and JNK signaling, contributes to deneddylation of Cullin-RING ligases, and influences stability of regulators such as p27, making this reagent useful for studies of transcription, cell cycle progression, and cellular stress response.
