Anti-ITPR1 Antibody

It is of IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid preparation. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Per the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1812–1911 of human IP3 Receptor, and the antibody is affinity purified. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 314 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Shipping is at 4°C, with storage at −20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Recommended Western Blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000, and ELISA is suggested at a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml.
