Anti-ITPA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit is directed against ITPA and is validated for use in Western blotting (WB). The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was generated using a recombinant protein immunogen corresponding to human ITPA. Affinity purification using the immunogen yields a reagent that detects endogenous levels of total ITPA.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
