Anti-ITPA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ITPA and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and raised in a rabbit host. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate this antibody was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–194 of human ITPA (NP_258412.1), a target protein with a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity purification. The concentration is reported as lot-specific.

For handling and storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
