Anti-ITLN1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ITLN1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa, and is shipped at 4°C for storage at -20°C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported for mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–313 of human ITLN1 (NP_060095.2).

Supporting data include Western blot of various cell line extracts using the antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution with a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, IHC of paraffin-embedded mouse intestine at a 1:100 dilution with microwave antigen retrieval in 10 mM PBS buffer (pH 7.2), and immunofluorescence images of rat intestine and mouse colon at a 1:100 dilution with DAPI nuclear staining.
