Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ITK, available from Antibodies.com, is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to internal residues of human IL2-inducible T-cell kinase and detects endogenous levels of total ITK protein.
Supplied at 2.2 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody has been purified by antigen affinity methods. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
