Anti-ITGB7 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody targeting Integrin beta 7, raised in rabbit and unconjugated, is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human ITGB7 (NP_000880.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 87 kDa.

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer's recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:500-1:2,000.
