Anti-ITGB4 (Ab-1510) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against integrin beta-4 (ITGB4), also known by the synonyms CD104 and GP150. The immunogen is a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from the human ITGB4 sequence surrounding the tyrosine 1510 phosphorylation site (R-D-Y(p)-S-T), and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total ITGB4 protein. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human samples.
