The rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human ITGB3BP from Antibodies.com is an unconjugated primary reagent supplied as 100 µl, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples.

ITGB3BP, also referenced as CENPR (centromere protein R) and NRIF3, is a multifunctional protein implicated in integrin β3 signaling, focal adhesion turnover, and transcriptional regulation through thyroid hormone and retinoid receptor pathways. The protein localizes to both the centrosome and the nucleus, and altered expression has been linked to cancer cell adhesion and migration, with published studies reporting tumor suppressor activity in breast carcinoma models.

For Western blot, the antibody can be applied to whole-cell lysates to detect endogenous ITGB3BP, while immunohistochemistry enables localization studies on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents chosen for the desired detection chemistry, and the polyclonal rabbit host provides recognition of multiple epitopes across the target protein.
