Anti-ITGB3 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Integrin beta 3 (ITGB3). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 610–718 of human Integrin beta 3 (NP_000203.2) and is affinity purified. The liquid product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa.
