Anti-ITGB2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets integrin beta-2 (ITGB2, also known as CD18), the shared β subunit of the leukocyte adhesion glycoproteins LFA-1, CR3, and p150,95. Raised against a recombinant human ITGB2 protein and purified by immunogen-affinity chromatography, the antibody specifically recognizes the endogenous total ITGB2 protein and is validated for use in Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) across human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antiserum is provided at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL format, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. For stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
