Anti-ITGB1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Integrin beta 1 (ITGB1) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid IgG preparation. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–728 of human Integrin-β1/CD29 (NP_002202.2) and has been validated by the manufacturer for WB and ICC/IF, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 135 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
