Anti-ITGAV Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Integrin alpha V (ITGAV) is supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 950 to the C-terminus of human Integrin alpha V (ITGAV/CD51) referenced by NCBI accession NP_002201.1, and is affinity purified. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; the target protein has a molecular weight of 130 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:1,000–1:5,000 for IP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
