Anti-ITGAM Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ITGAM, also known as CD11b. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 145–340 of human CD11b/ITGAM (NP_000623.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 170 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
